Government Services Support Contract Positions

Breakthrough Leadership Consulting is seeking contractors who are experienced

working in or with local, state or federal government agencies and who can support the

execution of various government sector projects as needed. Flexibility in scheduling to

conduct client meetings during the workday is required.

This is an hourly contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently on deadlines and have

experience with:

● Survey design and comfort with survey software (ie., SurveyMonkey)

● Data collection and reporting

● Reviewing and synthesizing documents

● Utilizing Excel spreadsheets (moderate skill required)

● Basic project management

Breakthrough seeks individuals with:

● Strong communication skills

● Experience and comfort working with diverse groups of individuals

Geography: Ability to work in person in Central and Western New York

Hourly Rate: $35-$50 per hour, based on experience

Timeframe: Immediate and Ongoing
